ARE THERE ANY CLEANING FEES OR ADDITIONAL CHARGES?

We believe in offering you a straightforward and transparent pricing. To ensure each guest enjoys a clean and tidy space, we apply a basic cleaning fee. This fee is a one-time charge aimed at maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness throughout your stay.

Security Deposit, how does it work?

The security deposit fee is charged to your card and once the check out process is finished the system automatically releases the funds to the same card used to provide the funds. You can use a different card if you wish. The return process takes a few days depending on your bank and card type. It is super easy and very straightforward.

Do you have a front desk?

No, we have a virtual guest service platform. Fully functional and fully integrated for your total comfort. We are available by Phone, email, Text, Chat & through the booking platform of your choice.

How far are the apartments from the beach?

The Beach is located only a few minutes by foot, its a 5 minute walk from the door to the Isla Verde beach.

What is the minimum age requirement to make a reservation?

You must be at least 18 years of age to make a reservation by yourself. Minors are welcome with an adult.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

At Isla Verde by The Beach, we understand that plans can change. That's why we offer a cancellation policy to ensure your peace of mind. For reservations, you can enjoy free cancellation up to 30 days before your scheduled arrival date.

If your circumstances change, rest assured that canceling your reservation within the specified timeframe won't incur any charges.

Is the Pool Shared?

Yes the pool is shared with our private units at one location, Isla Verde By The Beach Suites.

How are codes provided?

Codes are only available on our guest portal, codes are never sent by email as they are unique and expire each time a guest checks out.

Are Pets or service Animals allowed?

Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate our beloved pets. Some guests have serious allergies and we need to be able to host all of our travelers.

Is the supermarket close by?

We have a 24 hour supermarket just 5 minutes away by foot from the property. Very well stocked and very convenient.

Is this area safe?

Its very safe. Isla Verde is safe, walkable at any hour and very friendly.

IS THIS HOME SAFE FOR BABIES AND CHILDREN?

Every aspect of our property is designed with children in mind. From rounded edges to secure fixtures, we've taken extra care to create a space that minimizes potential hazards. We maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene to create a healthy environment for your children. Regular sanitation practices are followed to keep the surroundings germ-free.

Is early Check In available?

Yes, you may purchase an early check in pass if available and may jumpstart your vacation earlier than the regular 3pm Check in time. If you wish to check in earlier than 1pm you must make a reservation from the day before so you have the unit ready.

Can we arrive in the night or past midnight?

Yes, checking in after check in time is possible, lockboxes and smart locks are in place for this. Please make sure you have access to the guest portal as our staff is only available until 10pm. Be sure to go into the portal, see that all is in order and that you previously made the pre check in process.

Transportation to and from the airport.

Transportation is very accessible in the island. There are multiple local cab operators, private on demand services and public transportation from the area.
